Professionalism, Diversity and Work-Life Balance in Troubling Times
Jointly sponsored by the Chief Justice’s Commission on Professionalism and Lawyers Mutual, this complimentary 3.0 CLE program by the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys was held on September 16, 2020. Attendees heard from speakers former Chief Justice Cheri Beasley, as well as Dana Cutler, Partner at James W. Tippin & Associates in Kansas City, Missouri and Dr. Julie Wayne, Professor, Wake Forest University School of Business. Ms. Cutler delivered remarks on troubling times with the pandemic and other current issues, and Dr. Wayne discussed her research and expertise in the area of work-life balance. Lastly, the program featured several early-to-the-profession lawyers and some of their experiences on these various topics. *This program is for informational viewing only and does not count toward CLE credit at this time.
