UPDATE January 25: See New Locations for Onslow County Courts Through March 29

Onslow County is proud to announce the new courthouse will be open to the public to begin holding court on January 14, 2019.

The courts that are listed below will be held in the new building starting Monday, January 14.

Courtroom #5
Department of Social Services cases to begin at 9:30 a.m.

Courtroom #6 
Criminal Traffic cases to begin at 9:00 a.m.

Courtroom #7
Criminal Misdemeanors 9:00 a.m.

Courtroom #8
Domestic Violence (Monday) 9:00 a.m.
Short Matters (Tuesday, Wednesday) 9:30 a.m.
Child Support (Thursday, Friday) 9:30 a.m.

Thank you for your patience during the construction of our new facilities. We are proud to be opening this new facility to meet the ever-growing needs of the community.

The entrance to the new Courthouse will be from Anne St. (closest to New River). There will be a new scanning procedure for all that enter into the building, please allow yourself adequate time to arrive. Please remember that cell phones and electronic devices are not permitted within the courthouse, and storage for these devices is not provided on-site.
