New Locations for Onslow County Courts Through March 29

See the latest information for court locations at the new and old Onslow County Courthouses through March 29.

Onslow County Old Courthouse

We are pleased to announce the new Onslow County Courthouse is open to the public and we have begun to hold court. The physical address of the building is 602 Anne St. Jacksonville, NC 28450, but the mailing address remains 625 Court St. Jacksonville, NC 28540. This updated schedule will continue through March 29, 2019. This is based on current information and is subject to change.

CRIMINAL SUPERIOR: Will be on the 2nd floor of the Old Courthouse

CIVIL SUPERIOR: Will be held in the New Courthouse (602 Anne St.)

  • March 11 - #5
  • March 25 - #5

GRAND JURY: Will be on the 2nd Floor of the new courthouse in the jury room.

CRIMINAL DISTRICT: Will be on the 2nd floor of the new courthouse. Courtroom #6 & #7

ADD ON cases: The Clerks will need a calendar request in writing filed before 4:30 p.m. 2 business days in advance of the requested date to arrange for a file to be moved to the courtroom.

DISTRICT CIVIL: There will be several locations for Domestic and Civil Non Jury cases. Consolidated Human Services, 612 College St. Jacksonville, NC, and the new courthouse 602 Anne St. Jacksonville, NC.

  • January 22 - Civil Non Jury - New Courthouse (no Monday)
  • January 28 - Domestic 1 week - Consolidated Human Services
  • February 4 - Civil Jury - New Courthouse
  • February 25 - Domestic 2 week - New Courthouse
  • March 18 - Civil NJ - Consolidated Human Services
  • March 25 - Domestic - New Courthouse

Domestic Split week: All sessions of Domestic Violence, Short Matters, Juvenile and Child Support will be held at the New Courthouse.

DSS COURT: Will be held at Consolidated Human Services. 612 College St. Jacksonville, NC.

  • February 11-15 - Consolidated Human Services
  • March 11-15 - Consolidated Human Services
  • March 25-29 - Consolidated Human Services

SMALL CLAIMS COURT: Will be held on the 2nd floor of the Onslow County Sheriff Department, 717 Court St. Jacksonville, NC.
