- Courthouse will be closed until December 31, 2024. Clerk's Office is currently located at: Madison County Extension Office, 258 Carolina Lane, Marshall, NC 28753. Phone: 828-649-2200. Hours of Operation are: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. All filings have been continued until October 28,2024. All court sessions for the month of October have been rescheduled. Superior Civil, Superior Criminal, District Civil, and District Criminal will be held at the temporary location until further notice.
