Administrative Traffic Court (Disposition Court) is designed to dispose of infractions and minor traffic offenses quickly while giving attendees flexible hours to attend.

Administrative Traffic Court (Disposition Court) is held from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the scheduled court date. You may appear any time during those hours. You may appear in person or retain a lawyer to appear on your behalf. Please be aware that this is not a trial court. The officer who issued the citation will not be present in court on this date. If you wish to contest your citation and plead not guilty, either you or your lawyer must appear in court to schedule a trial in the future when the officer is scheduled to be in court.
