Those interested in mediation training should contact trainers directly to learn about training dates, times, locations, and registration fees. Anyone interested in providing the 40-hour course should contact the Commission's office.
Partial credit toward this 40-hour training requirement can sometimes be given for mediation training completed in other states. If you have training to submit for partial credit, please contact the Commission’s office. Mediators who hold FFS certification though this Commission or who can demonstrate that they have met all the requirements for FFS certification, may satisfy the Rule 8.A training requirement by completing a Commission approved 16-hour supplemental course on program rules and ethics.
