The Commission generally meets quarterly. Agendas for upcoming meetings are posted two weeks prior to the meeting and minutes are generally posted within two weeks of their adoption.

Please be advised that due to time constraints, the Commission can no longer take questions or comments from the public at its full Commission meetings or at meetings of its committees. If you wish to make a comment, please forward it either by email to [email protected], or by U.S. Mail.

If you plan on attending a Commission meeting or a meeting of one of the Commission’s committees, please contact staff at your earliest convenience at (919) 890-1415. In that way, we can assure that seating is available or provide you with conference call instructions.
