Track 8 of the eCourts conversion includes Bertie, Edgecombe, Greene, Halifax, Hertford, Lenoir, Nash, Northampton, Pitt, Wayne, and Wilson.

Governor Josh Stein has appointed Tia Hudgins Taylor to serve District 8 and Sonya Davis to serve District 9.
