The North Carolina Judicial Standards Commission today announced that Commission Inquiry No. 15-180 against former North Carolina Superior Court Judge Arnold O. Jones, II has been closed pursuant to a consent order agreed to by the parties.

Jones, who is no longer serving as a judge, agreed that he would not seek to serve in the judiciary of the State of North Carolina again and voluntarily relinquished his state-funded judicial pension.
