ABOUT
Justice Mike Morgan has served as a judge for more than 27 years spanning three different judgeships, including five years as a North Carolina administrative law judge, a district court judge in Wake County from 1994 to 2004, and a superior court judge since 2005. He is a member of the N.C. Equal Access to Justice Commission, serves on the Racial and Ethnic Bias Consortium, and is a veteran faculty member of the National Judicial College. He graduated from Duke University, and earned his juris doctor (J.D.) from North Carolina Central University School of Law.
