Court of Appeals Judge Robert N. "Bob" Hunter Jr. has been formally installed during his swearing-in ceremony on Tuesday, January 10, in the Court of Appeals courtroom.
Judge Hunter has served on the Court of Appeals since first elected in 2008. He was appointed to Supreme Court justice from September to December 2014, and then appointed to the Court of Appeals in 2015 and elected in 2016.
Judge Hunter received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina, his juris doctor (J.D.) from UNC School of Law, and his master of laws (LL.M.) from Duke University School of Law.
