Jones County Courthouse to Reopen on September 3, 2019
The courthouse was closed for months due to damage from Hurricane Florence.

After being closed for many months in the aftermath of Hurricane Florence last year, the Jones County Courthouse is set to reopen on Tuesday, September 3. Due to damage sustained from Hurricane Florence, the Jones County Clerk's Office and courtrooms were moved to a temporary location until the main courthouse was repaired and able to reopen to the public. Courts and clerk's offices are set to resume operations back in the courthouse on Tuesday.
