Governor Cooper appoints district court judge in District 10B.

• David K. Baker Sr. as district court judge in Judicial District 10B (Wake County). Baker of Raleigh, NC will fill the vacancy left by the Honorable Craig Croom’s appointment as Special Superior Court Judge. Since 2010, Baker has served as a principal attorney at his law firm.
