Defendant appeals from judgment after a jury convicted him of conspiracy to sell and possession of narcotics. On appeal, Defendant argues the trial court erred by: (1) denying Defendant’s motion to dismiss the charges of conspiracy to sell narcotics and possession of narcotics; and (2) not intervening ex mero motu during the State’s cross-examination of Defendant.
